A note about the recipes...

You may notice that the recipes shared here are all gluten-free and vegan (of course). BUT, we invite you to be flexible - if you prefer wheat flour or rice flour or any flour - use it, if you are not a fan of smoked paprika or whatever spices we list - change it. These are just ideas that we have played with in the kitchen and we hope they inspire you too.
Also note that, because Mama is allergic to garlic and onions, scallions, leeks, soy and other things they aren't in any of the recipes, but if you love onions - add them!
We usually soak our beans and cook them from scratch, but it's fine to use canned! If you have a bit more or less of an ingredient- experiment and have fun.
